Nothing like Beef Tenderloin Recipes that will have everyone coming back for more
- 4-5 Lbs beef
- 2 tablespoon fresh chopped parsley
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Kosher Salt
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Black Pepper
- 4 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon Dry Mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Red Pepper
Combine all ingredients in small bowl then rub the meat with the mixture and place in large plastic bag and refrigerate overnight.
- 1 cup Beef Stock
- 1/4 cup Dry Red Wine
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire Sauce
- 3 tablespoons Barbecue Sauce
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 1 finely chopped Jalapeno
- 2 cloves crushed garlic
Combine all ingredients in a large skillet over medium heat and bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and let simmer for 30-40 minutes to thicken the sauce.
If not being used immediately, place in an air-tight container and refrigerate til needed.
Prepare BBQ grill by placing hot coals to one side (indirect method), proceed by removing tenderloin from bag and putting it directly over coals for 3-4 minutes brushing it with prepared sauce until all sides are seared, then move it away from hot coals for 50-60 minutes brushing every 5-10 minutes.
Cover grill and cook until meat thermometer reads 130-140 degrees.
When done, remove roast from grill and let rest for 15-20 minutes before serving.
